I do not provide legal and court-related services. If I am subpoenaed regarding your treatment then any court or court-related appearances are charged directly to you at $450 per hour, including travel time, and are to be paid in full prior to the date of service.

About EMDR:
Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) is a treatment focused on allowing time to process traumatic moments that may be keeping us in a stress response (fight or flight feeling). By utilizing bilateral stimulation (BLS), clinicians can help clients reprocess these experiences while remaining present. Do you accept insurance?
I do not currently accept insurance. I am considered out-of-network with all insurances. While I did not take this decision lightly, I have found that insurance companies dictating treatment can oftentimes result in situations where the interests of the insurance companies are prioritized over an individual client's needs.
Insurance reimbursement is possible. Please consult with your insurance regarding out-of-network benefits if you would like to submit claims. I provide billing statements and/or Superbills as requested which can be used for insurance reimbursement. I do not contact or collaborate with insurance.

A Good Faith Estimate is also provided at your request.
Do you offer sliding scale or low cost options?
I do. Depending on my current caseload and ability, sliding scale options and pro-bono sessions may be available as I know not everyone can afford to pay out of pocket for care. If there are no slots available, I will assist in locating an appropriate referral.
How often are therapy sessions?
Session frequency depend on the client needs. Effective work usually begins on a weekly basis and can change based on symptoms and client needs. This will ultimately be a collaborative decision.
What is the fee for sending documentation to other organizations per my request?
The fee for completing documentation for coordination of care, disability claims, etc, is charged by the hour. For this service, there will be a fee of $100/hr. You will be requested to complete a Release of Information form (ROI) prior to forms being completed. If you are seeking insurance reimbursement, super-bills will be supplied to you as requested. I do not communicate with insurance companies.
